Lumen Apartments is pet-friendly, welcoming up to two pets per apartment! A non-refundable pet fee of $350 applies for per pet, along with a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. While we love pets, we do have some restrictions on exotic animals and certain dog breeds. Please contact the leasing office for more details.
